I passed the admittance test!  Yeah!!!  I have officially been accepted and will begin March 1st!  I am so excited.  Ive been planning to go back to school for some time now and I'm finally doing it!
Also I started tapering off the steroids, I should be completely off by the middle of March.  Im looking forward to that.
Another thing to look forward to is the pine wood derby.  All 4 of us are entering cars this year.  Josephs is like Marios, mine is princess peach, Cadens is Coopa troopa. . .Do you see a theme here?  I dont know what Eric will do for his.  but hes really getting into it.  We are having a lot of fun with the Cub scouts in general.
Im getting excited about the babies that are coming to the family soon.

In other news I finally took the college admittance test for WGU.  I haven't gotten the results back, but I think (hope) that I did okay.  If all goes well Ill start April 1.

What I am reading

I now am reading The American Frugal housewife written by Mrs. Child.  It is a book written in 182?  about how to run an economical household.  It has advice about cooking, cleaning, child rearing and general spending habits.  I find it very interesting and learned a lot.  For example did you know that the cheeks are the most tender part of the pigs head.  Yep, and I learned how to clean and restore the feathers to my mattress.  It really is a good insight to the way people lived in the 1800's.  And much of it is still applicable today.  Perhaps Ill post a few quotes later.  Don't hold your breath
